ICA Profile

Interaction for Change in Africa (ICA) is a Pan-African independent Think
Tank established in 2024. The company is inspired by prominent late Pan
African Thinkers and leaders such as late Kwame Nkrumah, W. E.
Dubious, Markus Garvey, Patric Lumumba, Thomas Sankara, His Majesty
Emperor Haile Selassie I, Julies Nyerere, Jomo Kenneyata and also African
decent key thinkers such as Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and Walter
Rodney and the African Philosophers such as Zera Yacob (/ˈzɪərə jæˈkoʊb/;
Ge’ez: ዘርዐ ያዕቆብ; (1599 – 1692) and Anthony William Amo (c. 1703 – c.
1759), both of their philosophical ideas helped to shape thinking of the
European Philosophers including Immanuel Kant (1724–1804). In this
context, the ICA focuses on the issues which matter the most for the
contemporary African people both in the continent and in the Global African
Diaspora.
We also work on various areas focusing on youth and women
empowerment which could help to elevate the thinking, attitude, and ways
of life of the the African people and also promoting closer relations between
African Heads of States and institutions to advance the continent. To that
end, we work with universities, with governmental and non-governmental
organisations, financial institutions, Media Agencies, Think Tanks
throughout the continent and within theGlobal African Diaspora.
