Interaction for Change in Africa (ICA) is co-founded by Worku Yacob (PhD) and his wife Mrs. Kalkidan Eyaya. The idea of establishing such institution
is emulated from their long-term intense dialogue, candid discussion and conversation since 2012 on the very issues which matter for the people in the African continent and thereby could ignite economic transformation and social change. Please click the link to learn more about their academic and
professional profiles. In addition, the ICA team encompasses individuals who reside both in Ethiopia, in different African countries and among the Global African Diaspora who support the institution voluntarily.
